Massage Envy Spa

Dear blog, about two months ago my husband surprised me with a visit to Massage Envy Spa. This was the first time I have ever received a professional massage. I must admit, I was incredibly nervous because I did not know what to expect or what to do in this situation. At first I had to complete some forms with questions on where I would like the masseur to focus and places I am comfortable with him touching. Once that was done I was given a small tour of the facility, which I thought was really nice. Then I was told to wait in a waiting area comfy chairs and soft relaxing music playing in the background. Waiting around was making me even more anxious. I asked friends if they had ever had a massage and if they liked it. My friends tried to calm my nerves, but it didn't really help. Finally, my massage therapist introduced himself and led me to the room. He talked to me for a bit, explaining what he was going to be doing, what I could expect. He got out so I could change. I was in there for 2 hours, it was so relaxing!! It didn't take long for my anxiety to go away and I could let the tension out. The first visit wasn't extremely expensive, $75 at my location; but if I go back (which I want too) it will be around $140. I had a wonderful experience there, everyone was nice and professional. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get a massage. I hope to visit them again and try some other massages, I want to do the aroma therapy, and hot stones. Next time I go, I will take pictures of the experience. Again I had the most wonderful time and experience, I felt great afterwards. Highly recommend it and I can't wait to go back. I'm even considering purchasing a membership.

Dear blog, it is time to start a new semester. I'm getting so close to being done with my Master's degree. I have 5 classes left; God willing I will complete my Master's and graduate this August. Week 6 Weight Loss Journey

Dear blog, once again no change in my wight. I look slimmer, but no weight has come off. I have not gained or lost weight; my brother says it's because I don't have a clean diet and I think he is right. I have been working out really hard, but not made much improvement in the types of food I have been putting into my body. I'm really trying to make better choices, but those sweets get me all the time. Also, I feel hungry all the time, I don't understand. It has really been hard. For this coming week I'm going to try to stay away from sweets and of course continue to work out hard core. I feel like I should only document when there is actual weight loss happening.
