Practical Items with a Newborn
Dear blog, Since this is not our first child, we decided to keep things practical. Plus, we thought we were done with babies so we needed a lot of the basics. But let me tell you, things have changed drastically since the last time I had a child: the PRICES, the QUALITY, the STYLES. I was overwhelmed with shopping for the various things we needed; and I love shopping. We also live in a much smaller place, there is no room for the dedicated baby area. We only have two rooms and two older kids to fill one of those, so the baby's crib has to be in our room. Without realizing it, I put a mini crib on our registry (I NEVER thought it was a full size crib). I chose that particular crib because it came with an attached changing table and drawers. So in my mind, it was great because it brought the different features that work in our favor. Fast forward to when we put the crib together; I cried because it was so small.
