Today I will be talking about my everyday makeup routine. As my foundation I use the Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer SPF20. I use my fingers to spread the foundation. I then use the Sonia Kashuk bare minimum pressed powder bronzer in golden 48, I use a blush brush to contour to my cheeks. With the same brush I apply the Sonia Kashuk blush in flamingo. I love these Sonia Kashuck products, I recommend them if you haven't tried them. As a concealer I use the ELF apricot beige. On my eyes I use painterly by Mac, I use my fingers and I spread it with my ring finger. For my eyelashes I use the glam'eyes mascara, by Rimmel London on top of that I use the L'oreal voluminous original, it gives great volume. Lastly, for the lips I use EOS, it leaves my lips feeling smooth and of course smells amazing. I use this look during the day, for night time I use eyeshadows to spice it up. I would love to know your makeup routine, so please leave it as a response below.
Dear blog, I'm an amateur when it comes to the photography I put in my blog posts. I don't have any special equipment or even a dedicated camera. All I have is my trusty iPhone 7. I hope to move up a better camera for better quality. I would like a camera with the high resolution used by professionals, good lightning equipment, and perfect locations. So much is needed to find the perfect shot. For every photo posted in my blog, 5-7 pictures are taken to get the 1 perfect shot. I have found something that can knock the first item off my list, it's the the Light L16 camera. Adding this camera would make it so much easier to find that perfect shot. Well, maybe not, but it would certainly give me better quality pictures to choose from. Since I'm already on the subject of what goes into making a blog post, let me give you a behind the scene look at what I go through to share my life with you.
It takes me at least two days to plan my outfits. Here are some things that I do t…
Dear blog, I recently was inspired by an idea over at the company MakeSpace and wanted to show you guys how I organize my beauty products. MakeSpace is a new service that comes to your place, picks up your stuff, and stores it. Through the use of their app, you can tell them to bring you whatever you need out of storage. Right now they are only in a few states, but they are updating their website with new locations often; they will soon be nationwide. If you are wanting to know if they are near you, click here. Their website is easy to navigate, you will have no problem finding what you need.
Their app is free, and can be found on the Apple App Store. The company offers: free moving help for 1 hourfree packing bins, save boxes and tapeonline photo inventory of what's in storagefree Goodwill donation pickups
Wow! I love everything that they do to help someone move stuff to storage.
Here they help you decide what you need to do with your items.
Dear blog, Sophie Kahn and Bouchra Ezzahraoui knew what they were doing when they launched AUrate New York. As a woman I find myself looking for jewelry that is going to be durable and looks good; this is something they do very well. They are currently working on a project to challenge women to share how they transition an outfit from day to night with minimal effort. I am a working mom and I have learned the art of transitioning an outfit from day to night. No, I don't have late events to attend, but I do have "dates" to attend with my hubby and my babies. Not to mention those days when I just need to run some errands after work, but I don't want to look like a slob when I do it.
During the day, I'm a fourth grade teacher. Being a teacher has been my passion since I can't remember. People would always ask me why do you want to be a teacher? I have always answered because I want to make a difference in children's lives and I want to inspire them to learn. …
