Glowing Skin!

Image
Dear blog, have you ever made a New Year's Resolution? OR perhaps you made a whole list of resolutions like me? And on that list, did you ever include lose weight or be healthier? Well, I have. Sometimes I start the year really well and half way through January I forget about that list. Now that I have given birth to my second child, I have a learned I won't be able to have anymore children. Since I won't ever go through pregnancy again, I want to take back my body. Not only do I want to have glowing skin, I want to be able to keep up with my children. Lately I have been noticing that my skin hasn't been looking too good and I'm ready to take action. I've been researching foods I can eat to help me achieve the skin I want and the lifestyle I want to live. Since the school year is right around the corner, I need to have healthy snacks in my classroom, so I can eat when I get hungry. Instead of all the other snacks that will not be kind to my skin. There is

Nordstrom Anniversary Sale

Image
Dear blog, its that time of the year;  Nordstrom Anniversary Sale ! I have found some goodies I would like to purchase. Let's start with this striped  poncho , this is a great piece for fall. It would look great with some black riding boots.  I like this striped long sleeve tee because it's long. I don't like how short most tee's are, I prefer the longer style. Also, this color is perfect for fall that is around the corner. I don't own many nice pieces for the fall. I think that's why I'm leaning more towards those pieces. Kate Spade has so many cute accessories! I never know what to pick. For example, her watches have the cutest design in them. I've been wanting to splurge for one of her watches and this one is at a great price. This is the holland bracelet watch.  Oh my gosh look at these earrings. They are stunning and at a very reasonable price. I was telling my husband that these earring have inspired my Christmas a

Date Night

Image
Dear blog, my husband and I decided to celebrate out 7th year anniversary a few days early. We could either celebrate early, or nt celebrate at all because our daughter is coming home from the hospital this weekend. So we took advantage of a free night. We went to Olive Garden  because my bother and sister-in-law gave me a gift card to that restaurant for my birthday. I mean, we probably would have gone there regardless, it's one of our favorite restaurants. We had a wonderful night, it was weird just being the two of us. We usually go out with our son. It was nice to be the two of us though. We got to talk and not worry about our son trying to stand up on his high chair or spilling water on him self lol.  We started off with Pasta e Fagioli I ordered the Five Cheese Ziti al Forno . One of my favorite dishes, I love cheese lol.  My husband ordered Tuscan Sirloin and oh my gosh it was delicious. If you go to Olive Garden you need to try this plate.

Dodge Charger

Dear blog, I'm not that into cars. Its not something I enjoy to shop for or even search online for; my husband does all that. I tell him what I'm looking for in a car and he does his thing to find the perfect car for us. Just last year, my husband bought us a 2015  Dodge Charger . I had to buy a car since I started working :(. I wanted to stay at home, but it just wasn't possible. To be honest a  Charger is not the car of my dreams. I've always wanted to drive a BMW . I remember when I turned 15, at my quinceanera, the master of ceremonies was stating facts about me: for example, what I aspire to be when I grew up, my favorite type of food, the car I wanted to drive, etc. I wanted a white BMW with a sun roof lol. To this day that is my dream car. Now, I'm not trashing my current car, I actually really like my car. My Charger is white, just like the BMW I always wanted. I love how the Charger drives, I've never even been inside a BMW let alone driven one.

Beauty Organization Ideas

Image
Dear blog, I recently was inspired by an idea over at the company MakeSpace and wanted to show you guys how I organize my beauty products. MakeSpace is a new service that comes to your place, picks up your stuff, and stores it. Through the use of their app, you can tell them to bring you whatever you need out of storage. Right now they are only in a few states, but they are updating their website with new locations often; they will soon be nationwide. If you are wanting to know if they are near you, click here . Their website is easy to navigate, you will have no problem finding what you need.  Their app is free, and can be found on the Apple App Store . The company offers:  free moving help for 1 hour free packing bins, save boxes and tape online photo inventory of what's in storage free Goodwill donation pickups Wow! I love everything that they do to help someone move stuff to storage.  Here they help you decide what you need to do with your items.

My Young Living Order

Image
Dear blog, I recently made a Young Living purchase as part of my birthday gifts. There were some products that I haven't tried, so I decided to give them a try. I purchased Rosemary oil, Rose ointment, and Lavender body wash . I always get excited when I get my package and this time was no exception. When I opened my packaged, I hoped to find just what I ordered, but I didn't. I called customer service because I didn't know what to think. I had received two Rosemary oils instead of one and no rose ointment. My receipt was correct, but I didn't receive the proper products. Customer service was extremely helpful and understanding. They apologized for the mistake. I asked if I needed to return the extra bottle of Rosemary and the person helping me said no, I could keep it because of the inconvenience. I'm so thankful for their kindness, I couldn't have asked for a better customer service experience. Thank you Young Living . If you haven't tried the oils fro
