October Workouts
Dear blog, in the month of October I try to workout everyday, but the scheduling is a bit off and the variety of exercises are not many. This month I have been doing Zumba dance video, run for two miles, and Blogilates Beginner abs. Oh and sometimes I will do the Waist Slimming Pilates. What are you doing for your workout?
